Best Kept Secret?
It appears that there are still some people who are unaware of the next What Now? p .... get-togther, so allow me to enlighten.
We will be gathering at Chez Marshipops, which is in a place called "The Wirral?" (north of Watford I believe), not too far from LIVERPOOL, which as it is city of culture or something, we should all have heard of.
The date is Saturday 25th October - and there is a Spanish flavour to the event. Mayte (Escoffier) will be trashing the kitchen whilst knocking-up some rather tasty Tapas (yum), the cerveza and sangria will flow, and there may even be a karaoke tune or two.
Fancy dress is optional - but I do feel it adds to the whole ambience of an event? - and there will certainly be a few surprises on the night ;-)
Soooo, if you think you might be passing Marsha's on that day, don't walk on by, come in, the water's lovely ...
Oh but you do need to register first, I think there's a link on the homepage, but Thomas might even add one here if I ask nicely enough (and promise not to mention Leicester - ever)

I hope this goes really well. The other two were brilliant and I would really recommend this event to anyone who can get there. It is fantastic to meet the people you have been chatting with and replying to on the site. I met loads of really lovely people at the Buxton Rave and the Leicester Fiesta, and had a lot of laughs and was amazed by people's resilience and good humour. I know that one person attending at the last event said that his wife hadn't come because she was worried that everyone would be trailing chemo stands - but it is not at all like that, and in fact I found that I forgot the original reason why I was there and just felt like meeting friends.
Unfortunately I can't afford to get to The Wirral so close to another thing I'm attending, and I'm finding long journeys by public transport hard to manage now - but I am really disappointed not to be able to get over - and fancy dress too, just up my street.

Just think you can all laugh at Jayne in her Flamenco dres.......dam forgot I have one 2 ;0(!!!!!!!!
