Femara -side-effects

I am especially interested in the side-effects of Femara - a hormone therapy designed to reduce the production of oestrogen. I was told by one of my doctors that a pre-menopausal woman might have a hormone marker of 1,000 and a post-menopausal woman have a marker of 100, but someone having a daily dosage of Femara has an oestrogen marker of zero. I am interested in comments from anyone with information on this drug. I do not deny that it is an excellent drug in the combating of oestrogen-receptive tumours and I know that it shrunk my tumour sufficiently that less disfiguring surgery was possible.
