glioma epleptic

Hi,
I know somebody very close who has glioma epleptic, he has left sided weakness, and had surgery at the begining of the year.

The tumour has re-grown, but i do not understand much about it is there anybody, who may be able to tell me what (if any) treatment can be given and what the prognosis is.
