Grade 3 myxiod round cell liposarcoma

Morning,

I am looking for some info / treatment ideas for the above condition ?

A friend of ours who is 35 has developed the above. Earlier in the year he had his foot amputated - mid shin, which in theory removed the primary tumor. At the time secondary tumors were found in his lungs and a further operation was planned to remove these. However during this time he has since developed tumors in;
Liver
Lungs
Spine.

He is currently under going Chemo, but prognosis has gone from 3/4 years to a "shorter period".

His wife is expecting their first Child in October and he is desperate to be there to see them, and at least spend some quality time together.

As you can imagine he is looking for some form wonder treatment from the States, does anybody know of anything that we could suggest ?

Money is hardly an issuse at the moment, and they would look at any new treatments - although quality of life is important.

Any help would be greatly apprecoated.
