Have already confirmed with Alison that my wife and I are coming - but John's message suggests this is now a two day event - Lesley's note (28.05.08) stated it was the Saturday 21st - CAN DATE(S) BE CONFIRMED PLEASE.

Whatever they are we intend to be there - do if it is on two days I assume contribution is for each day and for catering purposes Alison will need to know which day people are attending (either Sat or Sun) if attending one day only or that you are attending both days.

We tried all the Caravan / Camping and Caravan sites in Derbyshire AND THEY ARE ALL FULL - JUST HOW BIG IS YOUR GARDEN ALISON? - So we will be on a site just over the border in Staffordshire for four nights.

John thought this would be a good idea, and i back him 100%, to see who is coming, we have a large drive and you could stick your caravan on it if you wanted Matt, save you a bit on camping fees!!!!! there is a bbq on the saturday and a brunch on the sunday, some folk are bringing items of food, eg, haggis, black pudding, apple pies etc, we can hang fire on the cost for the time being as Thomas is going to see what he can get in sponsership for us, so it may be just drinks that people need to bring, hope this helps to clarify things a bit for folk. xxxxx
