Oh blimey Alison, inconclusive is hardly the answer you want to be going into the weekend with is it? I hope the fortnight flies by and that the next set of results are more conclusive and good news! Hope your back continues to improve.

The MRI was equally vague..

"Given the patients history.... cannot be ruled out.."

The Onc is suggesting some precautionary radiotherapy rather than more investigations, which I guess is OK by me. Of on holiday next thurs though, so the radio will have to wait!

Sorry to hear you haven't exactly had any good news...or news of any definitive sort really. Have a lovely holiday, I don't doubt you need the break, so hope you can relax and recharge your batteries before the radiotherapy.

Hmmm, having now seen the Radiotherapist he says he doesn't do radiotherapy unless severe pain or deterioration to bone. I wish these guys would talk to each other before sending me off on a mental wild goose chase. I think I'm back in the wait-and-see no-mans-land.

Had a good holiday though. Snorkelling, Camels, Vocanoes, and hiding from the mid-day sun.
