Ingredients

1/2 cup (120 ml) balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup of dry white wine
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 packet sugar substitute

Instructions

1) Place the vinegar, wine, lemon juice and sugar substitute in a small pan. Bring to the boil and reduce to about 1/2 cup. Season with salt and pepper.
