Instructions
1. Cream the fat and sugar until soft and fluffy
2. Gradually add the beaten eggs
3. Lightly mix in the sieved flour and baking powder
4. Divide into 18 cm (7 inch)greased sponge tins
5. Divide the bananas and cinnamon in equal for each tin.
6. Baked at 190-200 c (reg 5-6, 375-400 f) for 35-45 mins
7. Turn out on to a wire rack to cool.
8. You could spread some butter icing between or jam (in the case of les would be plain)
9. Dust with icing sugar, or do icing sugar with water for the garnish

My husband is not a cake eater, but he loved this
one, so it will be a weekly treat from now on.
