Ingredients

8 oz (1/2) of carton plain yoghurt (unsweetened low fat)
1/4 c Dijon mustard
2 chicken breast halves
1/2 c soft breadcrumbs
vegetables cooking spray

Instructions

1. Combine yoghurt and mustard, stirring until well blended.
2. Brush breast halves evenly with yoghurt mixture an dredge breadcrumbs
3. Arrange chicken in a tray and coated with cooking spray.
4. Cover and baked at 200 c for 15 minutes
5. After 15 mins uncovered for another 15 minutes, until the chicken is done and coating is browned.
