Cinnamon Cookies

This is a recipe for some delicious cinnamon cookies. Especially good for diabetics.

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 tblsp (30 ml) water
5 tsp (25 gr) granulated sugar replacement
1 1/2 cup (375 gr) plain flour
1/2 tsp (2 gr) baking powder
1/2 tsp (2 gr) ground cinnamon

Instructions

1) beat eggs and water until light and fluffy.beat in sugar rep. and cinnamon.
2) combine flour, baking powder,salt in sifter, sift half of the dry ingredients over egg mixture.
3)fold to completely blend.
4)repeat with remaining dry ingredients
5)drops by teaspoon fuls onto greased cookies sheets, 2 to 3 inches (1 cm) apart
6)bake at 375f (190c) for 10/12 mins.
