A help question a day keeps problems away

Hi there,

We've decided to give the help section a bit of an overhaul, so I've now made it a frequently asked questions style help section. It's very bare at the moment, but we need your help to populate it. Because we feel experienced users are the best people to provide help
in navigating the site, if you would like to help write the answers to
some questions, please do so.

Ask a question.
If you have a question you'd like answered, then please send me an email using this form and I'll answer your question and add it to the help page.

Answer some questions.
Or, click the 'answer a question' button on the help page. This will allow you to add a question and an answer. If you had a problem doing something, but have found an easy way to do it, please share it with everyone. Once you submit these they won't be editable so make sure you're happy with them. Before they go live I will review them and then publish them.

Also,  If you have any difficulties you are welcome to send me a private message, or an email using this form and I'll take a look.
